The service

Hearth sells a subscription that connects you through a server in a country listed on this site. Only that country’s own sites and apps use the tunnel (a reverse split tunnel). Everything else goes directly.

The countries open today are marked Available on the home page. Countries marked Coming soon are not part of the service yet.

Accounts and subscription links

You order with an email address. There is no password; your subscription link is the key to your subscription.

Keep the link private. Anyone who has it can use your subscription. We can rotate or disable a link that is being shared or abused.

Payment

Payment is in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the address made for your order. Send the exact amount shown.

Funds sent on another network, in another coin or to an old address can be lost, and we cannot recover them.

The plan does not renew automatically. When a plan ends you place a new order yourself.

Card payments

When card payment is offered, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) is the merchant of record for your order. Paddle takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and its own buyer terms also apply to that payment.

Card prices are in US dollars (USD). We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

Our refund terms are on the Refunds page and are part of these terms.

Age

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal capacity to enter a contract where you live, to buy a plan.

Free trial

A free trial gives 24 hours of access so you can check that the sites you need open. Trials are limited and may be refused to prevent abuse.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any particular website, bank or app will open, or that the service will always be available. The status page shows the results of our own automated checks at one moment and is not a promise.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for following the laws and the terms of the sites you use that apply to you. Do not use the service to harm others or to attack other systems.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
